Overall, the place had the feeling of a well-maintained/renovated downtown conference hotel from the 1980s or 1990s -- you can't date it from the interior, only from the core architecture. And that just blends in with Cville."

"We were dropping our son off for college and stayed at the Lynchburg Grand. It was nice and quiet. Staff was nice and everything was clean. There isn’t any housekeeping, so you will need to stop by for extra towels. As long as that doesn’t bother you, this is a great place to stay! "
