"The assistant manager that we talked to a couple of times (and checked us in) was very helpful in offering suggestions on activities/dining. The room was spacious and a good value. Everything was clean. The afternoon tea and cookies was nice. They have a large pool available; however, the advertising stated it was heated, but it felt pretty cold. Overall, good value and would stay again!"

"The room and the property itself was comfortable and nice. I was there for work and the Wifi was not working for me at all, laptop or phone and I was there for 10 days. I was told that people have trouble getting on their WIfi with laptops (not like I travel with a desktop). This was extremely inconvenient and literally had to live at Starbucks, the library and McDonalds to work for extended hours. In addition they had elevator issues, one is permanently out of order the other overheated and had to be shut down, which meant a 5 floor climb to my room with no air conditioning in the stairwell. They also had an unfortunate huge flood in the lobby due to workmen busting a water pipe. It didn't seem to affect the water supply though, just bad luck for them. All in all a good place to stay, great location. I wouldn't stay again unless they get a better Wifi provider. that was the killer."

"Only stayed one night while passing through. Great location and parking was convenient. Several restaurants within walking distance, the neighborhood was lively and seemed safe. The rooftop bar was closed for a private event which was a bummer because we had been driving all day and just wanted to call it a day and stay in, have a few drinks and relax. The room was great, nicely decorated and very clean, the only downside was the AC didnt cool the room to our liking, but we were only there one night so it wasn’t terrible."

"Hotel is under renovation, so common areas and elevators were rough. Room was nicely renovated and clean. Shower and sink drains were SUPER slow and the hall/room was very humid. Like…door didn’t automatically latch humid. No bathroom fan which is a personal pet peeve and didn’t help with humidity level in the room. Overall nice and would stay here again."
