"Ótima localização, excelente acomodação e limpeza. Bons utensílios, não senti falta de absolutamente nada no apê. Cheguei um hora antes do check-in e tive dificuldade na comunicação se poderia entrar ou não. Sugestão de melhoria: identificação nas lixeiras do predio(orgânico e seco). Super recomendo esse ap. "

"Pros: room was clean, centrally located to restaurants, metro, nightlife. Biometrics entry. Cons: construction in the daytime, toilet clogged. Biometrics only worked on one of two guests. Communication was easy with their customer service but I did have to reach out to them when my security clearance hadn’t been completed. I would recommend this place but with caution. "

"The property alone has a high tech Biometric security to enter the building with entries from back/front of building. Main entrance has 2 biometric security doors to get in, just amazing! It’s very close to the Republica Metro station close to a dirty/clean big park, the smells & the massive homeless people in every corner felt unsafe at night time, mornings it’s okay. The studio has a pleasant view of the park. We stayed at 1st level, very high up enough to see the surrounding areas, though...

"O apto é bom, a 10 minutos da estação do metro (Japão/Liberdade) o que me fez escolher essa hospedagem. O que deixou a desejar foi a limpeza. Moveis com poeira, embaixo da cama sujo(inclusive tinha um pé de meia) e congelador da geladeira com muito gelo."
