"The room was nicely decorated and clean with plenty of pillows as requested. We also asked to be near the elevator which we got. The staff were really friendly. The plumbing made a lot of noise every time the toilet was flushed or the sink was used which was a bit annoying and could do with some fresh paint but other than that, we had a comfortable stay. "

"Pleasant stay, one of the nicer hotels in Folkestone. Rooms seemed to be (recently?) renovated, bathroom's spacious, bedroom was a little on the smaller size and the bed itself felt like a small double. One of the cons of our stay was how unbearably hot it was in our bedroom. The thermostat on the radiator wouldn't turn off and there was no way to switch if off in the bathroom. We had to sleep the whole night with the windows and curtains wide open."
