Overall, it’s a nice hotel with reasonable prices."

"The hotel was nice. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Expedia needs to fix their description of certain rooms having a clothes washer/dryer. We booked the room specifically because it said it had a washer/dryer, but it turned out to only be a washing machine with no dryer functionality. So we still had to end up carrying our wet clothes to the public dryer machines on the other floors."

The hotel is safe as you need a room key to access the floors with guest rooms. We enjoyed the breakfast with the view. Rooms were very clean and the room was large enough to accommodate 4 people. "Good location. Located near Kuramae station. Asakusa station a short 10 min walk away. Easy to get to hotel from Narita airport. Near the Sumida river, Sensoji, Nakamise-dori Street etc. Lots to do within walking distance. Good transport links. Hotel room was clean. Friendly staff. Good amenities. Free pack of bath salts at the front desk. Free coffee machine. Laundry machines available and you can monitor your washing machine completion time from the TV. Bad: room is a little small. If you have large luggage, it may be a struggle when packing/unpacking. Dryer does not work when doing laundry. The incense in the front desk/lobby area was a bit too intense. "
