"Been here several times. Friendly staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Rooms clean. Parking £10 for right outside hotel and just a short walk into Chester center. What more do you need if your out for a night on the Booze "

FANTASTIC LOCATION

"What a perfect spot to stay when visiting Chester. Wonderful riverside location, easy access to the city wall, centre and park. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Food was great at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room was comfortable and clean (even though it overlooked the car park, there wasn't an issue with noise). If anything could be criticised - it would be the fact the rooms are south facing and have full length glass (meaning they do get warm). A fan was supplied. If we go to Chester again, we would certainly book another stay here."

Lovely hotel with great service

"The hotel was very nice, and the family room we stayed in was large with plenty of space for everything we brought with us for a 5-month old baby. The staff were excellent and we also dined in Palm Court twice, which has great food and were very accommodating of the baby as well. "
