"The room was unreasonably small, and basic amenities such as toothpaste and a shower cap were not provided. I understand that hotels in Hong Kong are expensive, but this was not a budget hotel either. The hair dryer was of very poor quality, worse than what I’ve experienced in many mainland China hotels, despite the hotel being labeled as a five-star property.

"The overall experience is great! The cleanliness of the hotel room is guaranteed as Dorsett Kai Tak was opened in Aug 2024. I like the infinity pool the most as you can enjoy the sunset view. The only disadvantage is that the hotel should improve the quality of the breakfast."

"We loved staying here, the room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel was super nice. The pool and spa area were excellent. The shuttle picked us up at the airport and we were at the hotel in 10 minutes. They also provide a shuttle to the train (MTR) station, which made getting around super easy. The only downside is there is nothing next to the hotel like other restaurants but there is a brand new mall across the street that is due to open soon.
