"The attitude of one of receptionists is very bad, whose name is Richard. He was always using Wechat during check in. I’ve been waiting for a while in front of desk, but he was playing mobile phone till I say I’m here for check in. Other staff are excellent."

Food, gym, pool are highlights here
"Hotel feels new and clean. Gym, pool, and food definite highlights. Buffet, German, Chinese restaurants all worth it. Rooms are ok. Executive Suite is large but lacks detail and warmth. Regular king room has a strange layout with the bathroom sink and mirror in the entranceway. All in all a decent and relaxing stay at this property. "
