"The room was very small, with some wear and tear noted. It was clean and comfortable though. The service was wonderful. We arrived early after flying all night and our room was available right away. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room overlooked a park and we enjoyed the view and people watching. Hotel is located in a great walkable spot near little Italy and China town. Lots of wonderful food options and leisurely walking areas. "

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent and very convenient. The customer service was truly impressive — every employee was kind and welcoming. A special shoutout to the bartender (the Dominican gentleman) who was absolutely amazing. He was attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better. The only uncomfortable moment was seeing his manager speak to him a bit rudely while guests were sitting at the bar. It didn’t take away from our stay, but it was noticeable. As for improvements, I would suggest better lighting in the rooms. There were many lamps, but the lighting overall felt very minimal and dim. Also, I didn’t feel comfortable opening the curtains because workers on an upper floor could see directly into the room. It felt like an “all or nothing” situation between privacy and natural light. Overall, I would rate my stay a 9/10 and would definitely recommend this hotel! "

"Staff was nice and the lobby environment was beautiful. Everything was close and just around the block from Times Square. Single rooms are perfectly spacious and the bed was really comfortable. No complaints! :)"
