"This was a beautiful hotel! Very clean and well maintained. Every single employee was kind and friendly. Enjoyed relaxing in the quiet lobby. The pub was delicious and room service was excellent. We will definitely stay at your hotel again! "
"A beautiful hotel with a wonderful, attentive staff. Deluxe double queen room was lovely and quiet.
The only potential negative is the neighborhood. Though nicely situated to Union Square and public transportation such as cable cars and muni, about a block in the other direction may be the start of the sketchiest part of the city— an area that was dirty and depressed with a very large, visible homeless population. My family never had an issue with this, but we made sure to stay clear. Nevertheless, I would gladly revisit the hotel. "
"A wonderfully friendly place, convenient, fresh and filled with gorgeous views over the city and the Bay.

The breakfasts are excellent, everything is light and playful and the staff are often really engaging."
