The arrival to the hotel was fantastic, arrival via taxi from the airport directly to the entrance to the hotel. The rooms are well decorated with huge beds, showers and lounge space. Email communication was prompt and on the ground service was the best we have received in Europe. The hotel location on the water was safe and convenient short walk to main tourist sites.
