Worst hotel experience we have had in Indonesia. Bath leaked on the floor, strong smell of sewer/sewer gas in bathroom and room, dirty crib mattress and crib. Dinner in restaurant was poor - we were the only customers and had to wait nearly an hour for food. Which was cold. Egg in soup was cold and undercooked. Breakfast was also bad. 30 minute wait for coffee. Half our food never came. Definitely would not ever return here.

Nice pool suite

The room is good but many insect came from outside, my Daugther scream very hard when she found 1000legs on her extra bed May be hotels need put salt between garden and bedroom to protect the insect came in But the pool is good and warm enough to seim under the cold weather

Hotel is great for families, and rabbit garden is very cute. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They recommended driver for trip to Safari Park, which was a real pleasure. Kindly note that some hotel rooms are located a bit far from main building. Food in restaurant is nice, and room service is great too. Only comment, since balconies are open and rooms are close to each other, it can be a bit noisy. But hotel put mini coffee maker in my room, without me asking, which was an absolute treat, so overall very happy.

nice hotel, all the staff was very friendly, they all very polite, view from our room was nice. so-so with the breakfast. the only weakness is leakage on the balcony

تاكد من دفع تامين عند الدخول والا ستتعرض للتجاهل

لم تنظف ارضية الغرفه لاكثر من مره، ومليئة بالنمل وبعض الحشرات الطائره، المطعم محدود الخيارات، عند الدخول لم يطلب مني تامين، وبعدها منعت من الاستفاده من اي من خدمات الفندق الا بالحضور ودفع ما علي من فواتير قبل ان اتمكن من طلب اي خدمه.

No value for money. Floor made of outdoor rough tiles with wide deep tile joints which are uncomfortable for bare feet. Rooms do not have a nice view. Rooms are not sound proof. A lot of noise from neighbours. Breakfast area has not a nice view and has country music. Really strange for Indonesia. Food is not covered and has a lot of flies flying around. We had no car and had to arrange a car from the hotel to drive us back to Bogor. They charged us 700.000 Rp which is a rip off. We do not recommend this place.

Nice garden

Hotelnya sudah tua tapi tetap terawat, karyawan ramah dan cepat menolong, saya menginap di tipe suite room ruangannya besar hanya kamar mandi agak menjadi kendala karna tidak ada standing showernya mungkin untuk orang tua harus lebih hati2 karena mandi di dalam bathtub, penerangan kamar bagus tidak gelap, kamar tidur bersih, kolam renang air panas kecil jadi tdk bs menampung banyak orang, yang menarik adalah rumah kelinci atau rabbit house , anak2 senang berkunjung ke sini, hotel ini memangcocok untuk berlibur bersama keluarga.

Nice but need to be reinovated

I stayed in pool suite (room 622). The pool in nice and warm but small. The room furniture need to be renewed since it looks old. No AC in the room and if you open the door insents and lizards will enter the room. There are also monkeyes. There was a lizard and a lot of ants in the room which might be expected in such a place. The room view was good. The breakfast does not have a lot of western options but the waffle and pancake were very delicious. Some lights in the garden and pool were not working even after I request to fix them. Overall the hotel is nice for families and there is a rabbits garden. The spa massage experience was bad. A lot of lizards and indents in the massage room. The hotel need to be reinovated since it looks old. No gym or indoor swimming pool. The main outside swimming pool was cold. The hotel staff were friendly and smiling all the time.

Appreciat staff welcoming and fast service. Hotel is old and old furniture. No air con. Available and ant is in floor. Walls sound installation is poor you can hear next room voice.
