"Clean basic room with a window overlooking the corridor. Decent shower for Latin America. Hotel is in a residential area about 20 minutes walk to the old city. As always in Latin America very courteous staff. Reasonable but not lavish breakfast included. Overall fare value for money. "

"I am handicapped and was given assistance throughout the trip breakfast brought to the room daily assistance up n down the stairs as needed will definitely return if u have mobility issues i recommend lower rooms but they assured me that i would be assistance and i was all the way until i check out 10/10 service "

"For some unknown reason this place was already rated "excellent" whereas there was no previous reviews. So I felt a little bit manipulated as this place without being bad was way overrated. Although the place is generally clean, it nis not maintained properly. Some stuffs need some fixing. The room I stayed in for almost 10 days had suffered water leakage in the wall which resulted in traces on the wall which has not been redone or even painted. "My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The room was large had two small patios. Great location and quiet. It was close enough to be able to walk anywhere within 5 or 10 minutes but far enough away that it wasn’t very loud at night and was very peaceful and safe. Would absolutely stay again. The staff was very friendly and helpful."
