Although the place is generally clean, it nis not maintained properly. Some stuffs need some fixing. The room I stayed in for almost 10 days had suffered water leakage in the wall which resulted in traces on the wall which has not been redone or even painted. "Cartagena Legends is in a walkable area. In Calle Larga you find plenty of restaurants near the hotel at literally steps away. We would dine at Macarena which was next door and it had great WiFi."
