"Breakfast was good. Unfortunately they had burnt the turkey bacon but the oatmeal was delicious. I had a standard room and it was very spacious and clean Beds are very firm and I prefer soft. Great stay overall."

"The air conditioning didn’t work and went to Home Depot to buy a box fan. The room also smelled bad and we spent a lot of time in our vehicle in the parking lot. The hotel was also in a very unsafe area. I would recommend staying somewhere else."

"It was awfully rxpensive, but apparently there was a meeting going on in town so most hotels were booked and those that weren’t definitely had surge pricing! I’d have liked a vending machine with the ice machine on the halls. We just wanted to have a Coke in the room and you couldn’t. We even asked at the front desk if there was a vending machine anywhere nope so we went to the restaurant to order a couple to go (no room service option) and they said I’m sorry food and drink can’t leave our restaurant. I said not even a Coke? And was told sorry policy. So that was weird. Otherwise the room was spacious, the staff was nice. "

"Overall, our stay was good. Easy access to the local area. The faculty needs an update. Get rid of carpeting which is a germ magnet. Also, our bathroom’s ceiling over the shower had water damage which buckled and was unsightly. However, the room was clean. Not enough parking spaces. "

"Salamander dc was absolutely stunning. Staff was warm, welcoming and helpful. Spa- was heavenly! Highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat. "
