"Clean, updated, quiet, helpful staff, good location. Shower was too small and barely functional. Toilet clogged repeatedly. Stairs downstairs were dangerous. Would t recommend for older travelers."

"Great location on the south end of central London (although be warned the TfL app will try to get you to walk farther to tube stations when the Vauxhall station is a lot closer and connects with all the main lines fairly easily). Staff were incredibly friendly, especially Ahmad at the luggage storage desk. The room definitely lives up to the soundproofing they promote on their listing, it was very quiet and private. The room was spacious and comfortable. I could not have asked for a better home base for my trip to London."

"Amazing location! Very small rooms (as you'd expect in London) but well planned and bathroom size was generous. Hotel room was quiet. Having the lounge next door with 24/7 free coffee bar was nice. Breakfast offered for 8 pounds was generous and very good. Housekeeping was upon request and I had to request extra towels ahead of time. Another guest tried to get them in the evening and it wasn't possible. One weird thing: there were no faceclothes. When we asked they only had more hand towels to offer. Also had only shampoo and handsoap. If you want conditioner or lotion make sure to take it yourself."

"Excellent stay! The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout my stay. Everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive. I truly appreciated the cleanliness and hospitality and would gladly stay here again."
