"Friendly efficient staff, especially the breakfast workers. Rooms are clean, quite small, bites knew that when we booked. The location was great. 3 minute walk to Big Ben, and Westminster abbey. The closet underground station is a two minute walk away. We really liked our stay"

The staff was welcoming, helpful, and made the stay feel comfortable from start to finish. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-kept, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. There’s also a wonderful restaurant right in the hotel, which made dining super convenient and surprisingly delicious, definitely a highlight of the stay.
