Sometimes when we are in a hurry to get everything done at once, it turns out that we are late with everything and this time the team showed class that sometimes Savoy or Ritz could envy. Massive „Thank you” to Adi to let me stay and finish my chapter past the expected moment to leave. She and the rest of the crew bring a level of genuine hospitality that most five-star hotels would struggle to match. "Breakfast was good and slightly different everyday. The location is perfect for seeing all the attractions and to the underground if you want to get around that way. I was staying there for my birthday and they left a sweet note and a cute gift of teas for me! I didn’t even tell them it was my birthday so the fact they paid attention to that detail means a lot. I definitely recommend this hotel! "

Had ongoing issues getting towels, washcloths, hand towels throughout the stay (had to call down every day for something)… middle of the night call from room service, despite having not ordered. No follow up or apology from staff. Would probably stay again, but would go elsewhere if costs/location were equal. "

"One of the best breakfasts we’ve ever enjoyed. The manager and staff were very cooperative, especially as we have special dietary requirements my little one is coeliac (gluten intolerance) and there were also plenty of halal options available."
