"I think that the rooms are OK, a bit small but fit for purpose. The staff are very attentive and welcoming. If there are any issues the staff always show a willingness to help. It's my 4th time staying at this property and each time I have enjoyed my stay. "

"Check was good and front desk member very friendly. Room was a tad on the small side ( probably the smallest hotel room I’ve stayed in) only access to the bed on one side and no bedside chest just a small shelf. We weren’t overly bothered as we literally only spent a few hours there. Read on other reviews that there was no tea/coffee making facilities so we took our own. Only 2 hangers provided and only 1 socket so if you both want to charge your phone this could be an issue. Room was clean, bed comfy, bathroom clean and liquid soap provided. It’s quite a busy area close to East Croydon train station so expect some noise. Overall good value "
