The staff was great: when I told her I'd miss breakfast due to am early train, she brought it up to my room that night so I could eat before I left. Definitely went above and beyond!
This property is located near StPancreas station in a side street and is a townhouse with similar properties on the row. An old building well maintained with en suite facilities. Breakfast lovely and served fresh to order. More suited to B&B than hotel

Breakfast was great, comfy rooms and great location!
Nice hotel, stayed one night and the staff were friendly & professional. The whole place was spotlessly clean throughout but the star of the stay was the breakfast. This was one of the best hotel breakfast we have ever had, good quality ingredients and prepared to perfection. Will be staying again when travelling through London.
Great breakfast. Elana was very helpful. Check in was also very helpful

Good variety of food and lovely atmosphere for the breakfast. Three tables for two face the window. Nice to sit there and look out at the street scene. Hotel in a good area for enjoyable walks. Room too small for comfort.
It seemed like a family run business and they went out of their way to make sure you were happy. The included breakfast was very filling and had lots of choices. The room was updated with modern fixtures. The only thing we weren’t used to was no air conditioning, but a fan and water bottles were provided. We happened to be there during a heat wave which is unusual for London. The tub was very high and not made for short people. It was close to restaurants and a tube station which allowed you to get to attractions.
I was there on the hottest day in London on record in May. I was on third floor with no ac. It was terrible. The shower has a step and is tiny. The floors are uneven. Breakfast was good. I think for the money next time I’ll pick a hotel with ac. I couldn’t get any relief except at 10 pm.
Lovely, quiet, spotless room in a great location. Very attentive staff and delightful breakfast. We’ll be back!

I must have not read the description properly or some facts were omitted! My room was on a rickety third floor - no elevator and had to drag my luggage 3 flights of stairs! My bathroom was not en-suite - which meant I was given keys to a separate toilet and shower down the rickety corridor! No bathrobe in the bedroom which meant I had to go to the shower dressed in pants and t- shirt.
However a very good breakfast with choice of fruit, yogurt and rolls as well as a cooked English breakfast,
Also the fact that it’s only 500 meters from St.Pancras station where I arrived late in the evening.
The staff were friendly and the room was nicely serviced during our stay. Breakfast was pleasant. We were able to drop our bags before our check in and collect them after we had checked out.
My companion had left an item in our room and this was found, and kept with our bags, ready for collection at the end of the final day during our visit.
Decent size room with a nice breakfast - lots of fresh fruit and cereal, plus the option to order cooked items. Very reasonable price for location, would definitely stay again!
