You get what you pay for. The sheets could use replacing they were so scratchy. The bathroom is down the hall. I didn’t realize, my fault for not reading but I was just not in the mood for that. Uncomfortable bed and please put a fan in the room. Would probably not choose again but no harm done.

Staff were not very helpful on arrival. Gave minimal information in terms on floor, ways to room, check out etc. Room was very basic, shower was dirty and bed had 1 blanket on it with room being very cold.

The staff was very nice and it was clean. Other than that paying $300 per night for this hotel is unreasonable. We got a room that was almost underground and it felt like a dungeon. There were four beds on rollers and almost no space in between. Gladly we had only one night here before boarding eurostar.

The beds and pillows could use some updating. The breakfast that is included was fabulous, great way to start the day! Location was also great, fast and easy to get to transit. Stayed twice, as the price, location, and breakfast could not be beat.
