If there is a near-luxury log cabin, Paradise Lodge & Bungalows would be close to satisfying my ideal log cabin stay. Our room was Fairview Suite, which faced the road connect Lake Louise town to Lake Louise. The office (a small cottage) is open only till 6pm in May, and check in went smoothly. They had free hot chocolate and hot apple cider, with cookies and muffins for guests while the cottage was open. The counter staff were very friendly and told us where to park our car.
