"Excelente estancia Tuvimos una excelente experiencia en este hotel. Desde nuestra llegada, el personal fue muy atento, amable y servicial. Siempre con muy buen humor y una excelente actitud, algo que realmente hace la diferencia. La habitación nos gustó mucho. Tiene una bonita decoración de estilo mexicano, mucha personalidad y, sobre todo, siempre estaba impecablemente limpia y con ese agradable olor a limpio. La terraza fue uno de nuestros lugares favoritos, con una vista espectacular al mar. Es realmente un placer sentarse ahí y simplemente disfrutar del paisaje. También nos pareció muy práctico que la habitación tenga un refrigerador más grande que un mini-fridge, además de estufa y utensilios para cocinar. Para una estancia de varios días resulta muy conveniente. El acceso a la playa es otro gran punto a favor. El hotel proporciona toallas para la playa y puedes utilizar los camastros sin costo adicional. Solo hay que tomar en cuenta que, si estás en esa zona, lo que consumas debe ser comprado en el restaurante del hotel; por ejemplo, no está permitido consumir ahí la fruta que venden los vendedores de la playa. No fue un problema para nosotros, pero es bueno saberlo de antemano. En general, quedamos muy satisfechos con nuestra estancia. El personal, la limpieza, el ambiente mexicano, la terraza con la increíble vista al mar y el acceso a la playa hicieron que fuera una experiencia muy agradable. Definitivamente regresaríamos."

"We absolutely enjoyed Garza Blanca Sanctuary, since it was opened up just a few months ago everything was perfect. From arrival to our last day leaving. All the rooms suits, spacious with a huge balcony over looking the ocean. Our butler Marco was excellent and very attentive to our needs. Always there to make sure everything was taken care of. Oh the restaurant were all great with good food! We really enjoyed Hiroshi. Can’t wait to go back."

"A DREAM!!! I’ve never stayed anywhere so luxurious in my life. It was practically a flawless experience! From the breathtaking views, the brand new luxurious rooms, the delicious food, the phenomenal service from each and every staff member including the concierge and the butler, the amenities, it was a DREAM!!! I couldn’t have imagined a better stay. I felt so lucky. I stayed for 7 nights for my birthday trip. They made my birthday so special and made me feel so loved! My butler Marco decorated my room with balloons, champagne and dessert and coordinated with my bf and the concierge team (Regina, Karina and Leslye) to get me a giant bouquet of flowers and a private dinner. It was a such a dream. The ONLY flaw was that housekeeping was inconsistent from day to day. Other than that I felt like a celebrity or like I was treated like royalty every day. I can’t recommend this hotel enough! THE BAD Housekeeping was very inconsistent from day-to-day. I was extremely disappointed by this my first two days there everything was cleaned and to a very high standard and neatly organized in the room. I only got turned down service one night, where they actually went above and beyond to create a real turndown service experience with music lighting, snacks, etc., but the rest of the week I did not receive any turn down service in the housekeeping service that I did receive was incomplete or. Floors not deep cleaned and room not properly/fully restocked. Room service food was also horrible."
