"Our stay at Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and set in a stunning, secluded location. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and housekeeping did an excellent job every day. The staff truly made the experience exceptional…everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The food offered great variety and quality, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was the perfect balance of relaxing and fun. One of the most unforgettable highlights of our stay was the whale watching. Being able to see whales breaching and swimming so close to shore… sometimes right from the resort… was absolutely breathtaking. Experiencing something so rare and magical added an incredible, once-in-a-lifetime element to our vacation. This resort exceeded our expectations in every way. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, stress-free all-inclusive experience in Puerto Vallarta. "
