They gave us a complimentary birthday cake and arrange a beautiful balloon stand together with 2 very cute teddy bear butlers put it in room. A lady butler who take care of our room name Alison is very friendly and helpful. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Venetian so much. The room is very specious. The resort is equipped with a indoor playroom, swimming pools, and the biggest shopping mall in Macau. The resort is also connected to the Londoner, the Parisian, Four Seasons, St. Regis, and Conrad. We literally stayed at the resort for 3 days without having to go outside. So much to do, to see, and to experience. Highly recommend the Venetian if you are looking for an all-inclusive place to stay in Macau. 😍 We will definitely be back again. "

"Room is spacious, comfy with nice view. Staff are helpful and especially attentive to elderly. Complimentary breakfast is delcious with lots of variety Only 1 minus--the pillows. Didn't notice the pillows were a bit too soft. So kept waking up at night and fixed the pillow."
