Overall our stay was amazing. The food especially was top notch and the staff was both friendly and helpful. It seems like the hotel could stand to have some upgrades done to modernize the rooms and facilities a bit. For instance, the plumbing could be upgraded to allow the flushing of waste paper. One other minor improvement would be having a snack bar available when dining options are closed (ie chips, nuts, candy, etc).

We enjoyed our stay. I recommend this place. My issues were that of age of our room just weird stuff like back door wouldn’t stay shut without locking it. Our room smelt funny I think they need to add some fresher to the cleaning carts. The pool bar staff was overwhelmed which caused them to be a bit rude. I feel they were understaffed around the property. Dishes and trash sat for far too long. They were trying so I give them a 4 of 5.

We stayed here a week at the end of April and had a nice relaxing stay. Our room was conveniently located to the restaurants although a pretty good walk to the pool and beach. We loved spending time at the beach. The shows were quite entertaining and we enjoyed spending time in the lobby where it seem there was always something going on like singing or games. We found the bar and restaurant servers to be very friendly and efficient. Make sure to tip the bar, restaurant, and housekeeping staff. They all work very hard to provide the guests a good experience.

There is so much to love about this resort! The grounds are outstanding. The food is way above average. The staff are very friendly. The only complaint I have is that they need to do something about people who will put towels on chairs at the pool and on the beach and never show up all day! They need to go back to issuing just one beach towel per person so that you can't reserve a chair at the beach and then stay up at the pool all day.
