"Staff was excellent and very courteous. Hotel lobby is beautiful with so much history! Rooms are worn but the cleanliness is good. Housekeeping staff was great. I had left a tip for the housekeeper on the nightstand and they didn’t take it. I later found the tip envelope and placed in there. Área is busy so noise can be an issue. "
