I suggest incorporating a wider assortment of Western breakfast options to better cater to the tastes of our Western guests, as this would add delightful variety to the menu. Despite this, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay—the experience was delightful, the location was perfect, and the room I requested was just right. The staff, with their warm and friendly demeanor, truly enhanced my visit.

It’s a somerset so very nice if a tiny bit expensive Plus points as opposed to say citadines also in the group is that somerset has carpet’s reducing noise from corridors and neighbours Always nice and if not always fixed

Clean and comfortable stay at the hotel. Room is spacious and staffs are very helpful. Short walk to shopping mall with many restaurants.

Hotel is till in the soft opening phase, so some teething problems. Room was large and spacious and everything was new. Some issues: There was a loud noise throughout the day because of work being done at the basement. I asked for the welcome dessert plate to be cleared after 3 days but it wasn't and I had to ask again. Once a dirty cleaning cloth was left behind in the room at the wardrobe area. And my room (405) had drainage issues where when having a shower - the water wouldn't flow away...

Great hotel near Landmark, Glorietta, Greenbelt Malls. Walking distance to food and shopping areas. Big and comfortable room with complimentary beer and Coke. Have small pantry and microwave oven to use. Great staff around hotel.

Conveniently located among shops/eateries at Greenbelt. Very professional and friendly staff. Well maintained and large rooms. One of the best breakfast buffet spreads in Manila. Bar drinks could be improved to be more special.

The cleaninest is tip top but the rates are very expensive.

A couple fo suggestions: 1. Smoking area to put a couple of outdoor chairs for cigar smokers. 2. Outdoor cafe dining area the the swing doors should have auto openers as diners carrying trays have hands full 3. More different tea bags in rooms as oly green tea available.

Turning moments into memories have been fairmont core mission. Service was fantastic, staff very courageous and security been outmost important.

Room quiet and ok but some smell in toilet maybe due to drainage system. The items getting run down first although still quite new. Hope hotel can continue to upkeep the staff well.
