"We chose to stay at the property because of its proximity to the airport. The staff is fantastic, and the lobby is well-maintained, especially at night when relaxing by the piano bar. The hallway's old carpet could use an update. The room and bathroom are outdated and have a noticeable odor. I really want to like this place; the staff are very kind, but there is a clear need for cleanliness and improvements overall."

"Attending a conference in Makati, but chose to stay here for the Bayview. And it was spectacular! The room is spacious and clean. The floor is dusty. There are a number of bars around the building, although it's quiet once I take the lift upstairs. Great value for money! "
