"Let’s start by saying the pictures look different from what you get!! First the room is so small. If you have two large suitcases. Good luck! Second!! Place was dirty when. I arrived. Tired had a leak in bathroom that I reported on the frist day. And several times each day during my stay I had someone come asking about the leak. Not one person fixed it! So sleep was not happening! Banging on the door 6am 8am noon. And it’s always a new person asking about it. The final straw for me was finding roaches! Once I saw that I packed my bags and found a new place. "

"We had a really pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it. The staff were genuinely friendly and always helpful, making the whole experience feel welcoming from start to finish. Everything was kept very clean and well-maintained, which made it even more comfortable to relax. One of the highlights was the huge buffet, with plenty of variety to choose from, so there was always something for everyone. Overall, it was a great stay with excellent service, cleanliness, and food."

"The room was spacious! Really great layout with a separate couch for lounging around. Housekeeping was amazing and accommodating to our late check out, even bringing us fresh towels so we could shower before leaving for the airport. Concierge was always helpful & present! We always felt safe around the hotel & surrounding! Great traffic control by hotel staff (necessary since the area is so busy)! Christian at Check in was efficient, friendly & informative. Highly recommend staying here if you like to eat, shop & be not too far from NAIA! "

"The hotel needs a lot of upgrades. Design though is not bad. They should improve soundproofing of their rooms. We can hear every thing on the hallways, and the rooms are adjacents, so we can hear them talking and laughing. The hotel may have been advertised as a resort, so the locals come over and party for a few days. On our 2nd day a group of families checked in. I was so tired so I was about to take a nap, when the noise started. A kid yelling continuesly like he was on the street. Then the adults meet in the hallway and talk, laugh like they are in a party. So we asked to be transferred to a different room away from our floor. They did, but we were awaken by the adjacent room checking out the adjacent door, and people upstairs dragging something. If you're looking for a place to sleep for a night or two, this hotel may work. If you're looking for a place to rest after a day of work, this may not be the one. The staff however is excellent, each and every one that we had encountered during our stay there made us feel very special. "
