This property is very warm and cosy. It has all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet at night. It is the perfect place if you want to experience a non-touristy and authentic local life. It is next to a market and there are many small eateries nearby. The hosts are very friendly and make nice breakfast. They even go an extra mile to bring me to the ATM and send me to the airport. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Lima 💯

A Very Nice Stay
I had a very nice stay prior to my morning flight to Lima. The hotel is run by a nice, dedicated owner who made sure my stay was uneventful. The room and bath were both spacious and clean. The breakfast (breads, jams, eggs, fruit, coffee and juice) was filling and nicely prepared.

A great stay close to the airpot and train station
Florida del Inca Hotel took great care of us with an early breakfast and a quick shuttle to the train station. The owner tried to comp us the ride but it was obviously quiet at the hotel and we insisted on paying the small fee. I recommend Florida del Inca Hotel wholeheartedly.

We stayed for one night and the owner was super friendly and accommodating. We arrived late and needed to have an early breakfast and he arranged everything to happen on time. Really comfortable rooms and we slept really well. The hotel is very well located for the airport.

My stay here a while back was amazing! The hotel was cute and very clean and our room had a beautiful view of the city. Also, my most favorite part was that the staff were so friendly and professional and just went above and beyond for us. We even asked two of them at the front desk on our last day about the distance to the airport before we ordered an Uber - and the gentleman at the front desk wound up offering us a ride himself. The front desk was also very knowledgeable about the area.

Excellent hotel
The hotel is run by the owner's family, and they were very kind and friendly. They picked me up at the airport and dropped me off there with free service, and they stored my suitcase while I went to Macchu Picchu. The location of the hotel is not close to the central square of Cusco, but I could go there by taxi or Uber with only less than $2. It was only 10 min drive. Also, the room was very clean and large, warm water came from the shower, breakfast was good, and coca tea was served with free. I recommend that you should stay at this hotel when you are in Cusco, and of course, I will stay here again when I go to Cusco.

Excellent staff and a good breakfast
A nice family run hotel near the airport. The breakfast was excellent with lots of different fresh cut fruit, fresh juice, and eggs made to order. They made me a delicious vegetarian omelet! The owner drove us to the airport in his car and made us feel very welcome during our stay. We arrived here and needed to change currency to pay the taxi driver; the reception staff was promptly helpful even though they’re a family run hotel. We were very tired and needed hot water, a hair dryer, a plate and fruit knife — everything was quickly made available to us. The room is plain but very large and with a comfortable bed and great shower. I’d certainly recommend staying here if you have to catch a flight in the morning!

Got in late Monday night and most restaurants were closed. Efrain gave us a menu and options to order out and then went out and picked up our food. Also gave us a ride to the airport at the end of our stay. The entire staff was helpful. Ideas on places to see and what to do. Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent value. Highly recommend this place.

The owner went out of the way to assist me, from picking me up from the airport, getting me dinner at late night ,to fix me up breakfast at 4:30 am, to get me tour tickets after the business hours and to drive me to a restaurant. I suffered from altitude sickness on my first day and stayed in room all day. The owner called in the evening to find out if I am okay because I didn't go down for any of the meals. It was very nice of him. Later he got me some medicine which helped me feel better. Now about the hotel, it's less than 10 minutes away from the City Center and the taxi fare is between 4-5 Soles (less than $2). The owner keeps the hotel spotless... It's noticeably clean. Rooms have awesome view of the city and the mountains. The owner can arrange tour tickets at a very reasonable price. I paid $300 plus for Machu Picchu tour on line but the owner could get it for $240. He got me awesome deal from Cuzco to Puno and Floating Village in Uros for $100 which included hotel and shuttle to the airport ( juliaca) and all admissions, buffet lunch. Regular online cost is $159. The hotel also offers free airport pickup and drop off and breakfast. I strongly recommend this property for your stay in Cuzco.

Great hotel
Florida del Inca is a really great hotel. It was super clean and modern and the staff were so helpful - I was able to store my luggage while completing the Inca Trail and also was given a late checkout as I had a night bus to catch. Staff also helped me organise laundry and tours at cheap prices. Would definitely recommend!

The staff made this place unique. Efrain and his family were amazing hosts and made me feel at home. They helped us get around the city, suggested great restaurant choices, made sure we got our taxi at 4 am and even packed me and my girlfriend lunches to take with us. The owner and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The owner offered transport to and from the airport and other nearby locations. He also arranged a local sight seeing tour. It is a small hotel, but a big winner at a great price.

Average hotel needs improving
Average hotel, I made the booking in Aus but at the hotel was charged USD. Which made the booking double the amount. The hotel is very basic and room very plain. Service is good and breakfast ok. Local area is not great but close to airport. Free airport transfer included but these are not licenced and will not drop you off at the airport but outside the airport to avoid the airport fee

The property is nice and clean. It is enough for a night's sleep. However if you are booking this hotel for the complimentary shuttle service to the airport be warily. We had an early morning flight out of Cusco. The flight was at ~5:30am; however, we did not receive the complimentary shuttle service to the airport. Instead the hotel called a taxi for us that we then paid for. We had notified them ahead of time, and they said everything was okay.

We liked this place enough that we stayed twice, once before our trek and again after. Very reasonable, very nice staff. Close to the airport but not necessarily to the historic part of Cuzco, but easy to walk to.

First Rate Service
This was a very pleasant place to stay, especially due to the unfailing hospitality and helpfulness of the Senora and her staff. Although located at a distance from Cusco's historical centre, taxis were easy to access for around £1.50 (S/6) and there was a cheap bus service (20p) if you don't mind having to stand part of the way. There are excellent markets nearby, where - as on the bus - you get a broader feel of contemporary Peruvian society.

Good basic hotel
Very clean, but very basic. No heat in the rooms (this is normal in Cusco). A short taxi to the city center. Neighborhood is quiet and safe, but there isn’t much to do or see nearby. Staff were very nice. Rooms have basic amenities, WiFi, few tv channels (none in English). Breakfast is made to order, eggs, bread and fruit. Staff helped arrange taxis and storing baggage as needed.

Budget price, everything you need
Florida del Inka is a Cusco treasure. Facilities are modern and beyond standards of hotels charging twice as much. The owners and staff are genuinely concerned for their guests' comfort, and go way beyond their responsibilities to help them enjoy Cusco. We were unfortunate to hire a fraudulent tour company, for the famous annual Inti Raymi festival. The owner's wife personally escorted us through the city, pursuing the guides and event. We had a bad experience with the tour company, but is was very comforting to experience the warmth, caring, and dedication of the staff at Florida del Inka. These people are our Cusco family, and I would NEVER consider staying elsewhere.

Couldn't be more friendly or mor helpful
This is a functional, comfortable, and clean hotel, away from the centre which we chose for its rates. That being said, it is only $2 taxi fare each way. Efraim and his staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, from our early (05.30) check in, to allowing us to use our rooms after check out time because we all felt unwell. Honestly, I cannot praise them enough. He sorted us out with a collectivo mini bus for Ollantaytambo and negotiated the fare down by 50%. All in all a good hotel choice.

Great hotel and owner
Hotel was perfectly located near bus terminal. Our room was super clean, spacious and lots of hot water and in a quiet section of the 4th floor. Breakfast was fantastic. We had fresh warm bread with eggs, smoothie, plate of fruit and great coffee. The best part of the hotel is the owner. He treats you like family. So very caring and even drove us to bus station. Highly recommend this hotel.

Clean hotel with caring staff
The husband and wife team who checked us in were absolutely adorable and so friendly. The husband was waiting for us at the door and took our luggage immediately when we arrived. They even checked in online for us for our flight the next day and printed our boarding passes for us. The rooms are very clean and modern with the double beds being about full size and very comfortable. The next morning, the husband and wife were up very early around 5am preparing breakfast for us and then drove us to the airport. Overall, this was a great experience with very attentive staff. You can tell they really care about making your stay comfortable. The location is perfectly in between the Wanchaq train station and the airport for those who are arriving from Machu Picchu and heading to the airport the next day like us.

Good Hotel near Cusco Main Square
This hotel was very nice and was a fair price. It had all of the accomodations one could ask for. The building seemed newly renovated and felt like a 5 star hotel. It's not on the main strip in Cusco, but for a couple soles you can take a cheap cab to the main square. Highly recommend for the budget conscience and those who just want a clean hotel.

Quiet and welcoming hotel
I was looking for a quiet, affordable place to stay near the airport and was very pleased with my stay at Florida del Inca. The couple who run the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. Across the street is a market where you can find everything you need. There weren't that many restaurants open when I was looking though. The room was huge and I had great water pressure with my hot shower, a rarity in Cusco. You can hear the tv in other people's room, as a heads up. Overall, I would recommend staying here!

We ended up coming a day earlier to the hotel due to protests that prevented us from going to Machu Picchu. They were very gracious and gave us a room at the rate we had reserved for the next day. They fixed breakfast for us and helped us get settled in. The place is very nice and clean. Everyone was very helpful. One of the ladies even helped me find a place right around the corner and helped me get a local SIM card for movistar. There were several restaurants nearby, but you can go almost anywhere for 3 soles. They had breakfasts made up for us the next day when the roads opened up and we left early for Machu Picchu. The owner even took us to the airport for our return to Lima. It was only about a 5 minute ride, so very close and easy.

I booked this hotel randomly after my Avianca flight was cancelled after my 6 hours wait at the Cusco airport. I was extremely frustrated since I was supposed to arrive at Lima that night and take another LATAM flight to Buenos Aires. Since there was no way for me to arrive at Lima that night, I were to pay no show penalty to change flight or buy a new ticket. When I arrive at the hotel late at night, the hotel owner couple immediately started to help me contact with LATAM. They went out of their way to help me by lending their personal cell phone to me so that I didn't have to pay hefty money to call LATAM (Skype didn't work well there). They waited in the lobby with me and my friend for almost 2 hours and served us tea to help calm us down. My friend and I were finally able to rebook our ticket without penalty thanks to their help. We went to our room and found it to be clean and comfortable. It was nothing fancy but had everything we needed. The next morning we were served a very nice breakfast with fresh fruit, bread and eggs. The hotel owner even drove us to the airport personally to make sure we catch our flight. The service was really outstanding and we were truly moved and felt blessed to stay in a place like home!

Courteous owner, clean room, convenient location
The host was there to greet us when we arrived late at night, and up as early as we were to catch our bus to Puno. The location is ideal for getting the Inca express bus, but if you are interested in visiting historic Cusco it is not as convenient. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet and the bathroom spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and the service was excellent. The host, who is probably also the owner, was incredibly helpful and courteous. Great value.
