If a room are available at 12: 30 noon or after that time, we would be happy to check you in right away, but if a room is not available (because depends on the season and situation of room, this season almost full of rooms, so it takes the time to previous guest check out and then clean the room). We always recommend the guest can leave the luggage at Desk Reception until a room becomes available or until our check in time which is 14h00.
