The rooms were nice and clean although the exterior of the apartment complex is outdated and a little run down. Staff were helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast at Hay Hay restaurant had a nice varied selection. Amenities were adequate.

Beautiful resort with a stunning ocean view! Private beach area, lounging area, great food and great service. Only thing is that it is far from everything, so be sure to make extra time and budget to get to places.

We enjoyed our stay at Naman and would stay again. Our ambassador, Min, made our experience comfortable and seamless. She was available via phone everyday for any questions, any thing we needed for our room, she was fantastic. The location of Naman is not in the city centre so it cost more in grab services (their local taxi company) but it was worth it. Beautiful place more on the luxury side, absolutely loved our private pool.

We had a 3-Bedroom Villa......6 adults & 2 toddlers Staff were very attentive especially Helen ! Rooms were good size & serviced daily Common Room however was not functional at all. No utensils....No dishes & the couch for sitting was very uncomfortable The Mexican Restaurant was awful....& very expensive Breakfast buffet in Hay Hay was fabulous ! Hot tub on property was awful ! Not even HOT !

There were multiple big spaces in the property that was really nice. They offered buggy rides to our villas and offered great spa perks. Although certain things in the room could be better dated and maintained, overall it was an enjoyable stay and the personalised service provided during our stay was exceptional!

We had a pleasure 2 nights staying in Naman retreat. The spaciousness and the greenery of the resort bring a sense of peaceful and tranquility. Restaurants are beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff, warm and friendly. Helpful receptionist ever. Food was diverse and delicious. Room condition was clean and comfortable. We hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

An unforgettable experience from start to finish. The service was truly exceptional—every detail was thoughtfully handled. The breakfast buffet felt endless, with something delicious for every taste, and the Thai massage left me feeling completely refreshed and energized. The staff went above and beyond, especially through WhatsApp, helping us explore the local area with ease. Their support made our trip feel personal and seamless. We also arranged a private vehicle through the resort, which was both affordable and incredibly convenient. Our driver was always ready and waiting after each activity, allowing us to enjoy every moment without feeling rushed. This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and I can’t recommend Naman Resort enough.
