"We love that the hotel was pet friendly. The staff was very nice and helpful, but the linens did not seem clean and the TV remote or phone did not work."

"The hotel is very clean, but the rooms are incredibly dark. Besides the fact that there are very few light sources in the rooms, the wall paint, drapes, and bedcovers are all dark colors. The breakfast food was adequate - uninspiring but adequate. The mattresses in our room needed to be replaced."

"night check in clerk was great. gave us late check out because we arrived so late and we are choice members. Clerk in the daytime called at 10:45 AM and was rude and told us we need to leave - we should not have been told we could have late check out"

"Had issues w/ tv not working, there was no cable box. Staff was gracious, she gave us another room immediately. Overall: clean room, polite staff. The elevator did not work a few times which was no fun as we are seniors and we were on the 3rd floor. The woman who helps a/ breakfast and cleans the main entry area was such a lovely lady-she’s a great asset to your hotel."
