"Only slight peave during this stay was having some form of air con unit that was placed above a grid vent - would be nice if this was slightly quieter. Room was always clean, housekeeping replaced everything I wanted them to. Another great thing would be if you followed my preference in the all accor app(but that's very picky feedback)"

"The staff were attentive and helpful. The restaurant manager was particularly engaging and was largely on her own on Sunday night but managed the restaurant with aplomb. The housekeeping staff were careful to report back quickly that I hadn’t left rings in the bedroom as suspected. I have since found them in the glove compartment of the car."

"I have stayed here many times while visiting family in Derby. It is always clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and professional."

"Exactly what you’d expect from a budget hotel. Friendly staff, clean enough, perfect for a night or two on a budget. Only complaint would be I’d have liked a kettle in the room but no big deal."

"We were told parking was not available at the property yet a few expensive looking cars were parked in the front of the hotel in the semi circle for all the time of our stay - so not sure why as the signs did say no parking yet they didn’t move! The spa was also not included in the price whereas at most hotels this is a standard offering for hotel guests and was charged daily so was very expensive. Breakfast was also a bit chaotic on our first morning, service was slow and not a lot of choice on the continental side. Apart from those issues, the hotel was lovely and the rooms very spacious. The staff when we arrived quite late on the evening were very good as was the staff in the restaurant. "

"Disappointed with my evening meal. Salad old!! Presentation with food on plate didn't look appealing. 2 very large kababs dumped ontop of soggy salad. Pitta brad not fresh either"
