"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay at The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel Delhi My stay at The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel Delhi was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional hospitality. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful property, elegant interiors, and warm welcome from the staff. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible food. The breakfast buffet featured an extensive selection of delicious dishes, catering to a variety of tastes. The restaurants and room service were equally impressive, with excellent quality and attentive service. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every team member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have a memorable experience. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made me feel valued throughout my stay.I have also stayed at The Leela in Chennai, and what stands out to me is the consistency of excellence across locations. No matter which Leela property I visit, the experience is breathtaking from the moment I walk through the doors until the time I check out. The attention to detail, elegance of the surroundings, and level of hospitality are simply unmatched. The customer service is beyond excellent, and every interaction reflects a genuine commitment. "

"I’m not used to leaving a poor review, but our stay at the Taj palace was a hide disappointment. It started with Rakesh on the concierge desk being rude. I was talking to him, the phone went- he just stopped talking to me mid sentence and answered the phone. Didn’t even say excuse me or give me a moment. Our checkin was good. The staff were really helpful and polite. The room was ok, but it was tired. The carpet was worn down and the chairs had cracks and the leather was missing. Bed was comfortable and Aircon was good. But you could hear the neighbours (maybe just bad neighbours) and could also hear the trains. My tip would be book a pool view room. We went for dinner in the Capital Kitchen restaurant. We sat outside as it was fairly cool. We waited 10 minutes for some cutlery, 30 minutes for drinks and the naan breads arrived 10 minutes after we had finished our main. There was also a chicken dish that had been labelled as fish. The food was fairly bland and average. The pool and spa were great. But we just felt hugely disappointed overall. We had a much better stay at the start of the holiday at the Connaught, which is also part of the Taj groups. If anyone from Taj reads this you need to sort your staffing out. The stay wasn’t worth the money."

"Apart from great amenities, cleanliness, great breakfast spread what I love most about this place is people - the staff - their hospitality- the warmth that they bring into everything. You get a feeling that they are not just doing a job but they are emotionally invested into what they are doing . Human touch - their personal touch in everything . Right from the person who opens the door of your car - hotel entry point, front office reception, restaurant service , housekeeping and all those are invisible to guests but their work is totally visible . It’s a pleasure to be touched with such joy and love at every point . That is why I love staying in Eros every time I am in Delhi ."

"The property and hotel are exquisite and welcoming. The staff are delightful. Breakfast is a plethora of food - anything you can imagine is there for your morning wake up! There was loud construction work by the pool but we were informed of that before our stay. I will stay here again and again as my job requires."

"There is no aspect of the hotel that is not excellent. They leave nothing to chance and I will never stay anywhere else in Delhi. And if there is a Taj property wherever I travel I will stay there. Like the properties in London. Always amazing and always consistent."
