airport pick up- great!The driver waited 3 hrs. Then Chef Rana and Deepika at sence restaurant were great. Manager Rawat was very supportive. We are very happy though experience at the bar can be better - more bar snacks and the cocktails were not that good. The rest we are quite happy.

customer service very poor. unprofessional staff, need more training. Wifi wasn’t working throughout the stay, when questioned to shift manager, he has no clue.. pathetic customer service but overall maintenance and staff at the door is very professional.
