Amazing

"Very nice hotel that met all of our needs. The bed was very comfortable, the rooms were clean with nice amenities, and the staff were very attentative. The location is great as the hotel is a 10 minute walk to the subway which is easy to navigate as a foreigner. I was very happy to see they included soy milk at the breakfast buffet as this is hard to find in India "

End of trip chill down before leaving India

"We were upgraded to a suite from a deluxe double as the booked room was not available to us. The third member of our party got the deluxe double room and was very pleased with it. Very spacious and comfortable suite. Hot water was a bit hit and miss during the day but was available in the evening. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed for maintenance on the day we were there which was irritating as we booked this hotel because it had a pool. We did advise the hotel that the maintenance could be done between 19.00 and 7.00 when the pool is shut anyway to guests."

"I recently stayed at the wonderful hotel with a group of friends and overall, our experience was quite delightful. The staff was incredibly friendly, always greeting us with big smiles and providing great service throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, they made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs promptly. The hotel itself is well-maintained with all the facilities one could ask for during a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The amenities provided added a nice touch to our visit, making us feel pampered and well taken care of. However, there was one significant downside to our otherwise fantastic stay - the washroom drainage issue. Unfortunately, the drainage in the washroom was not functioning properly, which made taking showers a less than pleasant experience. Dealing with standing water while trying to shower is definitely not something you want to encounter during your stay at a hotel. Despite this setback, I must commend the staff for their efforts in trying to address the issue promptly. They were apologetic and tried to assist us as best they could, which we appreciated. It's evident that they care about the comfort of their guests and strive to provide a positive experience overall. In conclusion, this hotel is a great choice for those looking for excellent service, friendly staff, and a comfort"

"Honest, helpful and friendly staff. Property is clean and beautiful. Nice breakfast buffet—had at least 5 different kinds of food. Good tea and coffee. 24hour room service was quick and food was tasty. One thing though I had a hard time connecting to the wifi (even also at the airport wifi— not easy to connect) but was able to connect at the lobby wifi. :) they also have lift/elevators and for me this is very important to know. "

"The staff gave us a room that was dirty and the AC was broken. They brought in a mattress ( triple occupancy) that was as dirty (blackened from excessive use, a whole section ripped on one side) as one can imagine and said all hotels have similar stuff ( which is a LIE). Even thrown out mattresses looked better. I had to protest and threaten about registering a complain before they offered to change the room and mattress. Hotel room info on Expedia said view of city but the room looked into a dilapidated building. I saw a crawling insect in the bathroom (either a sow bug or a species of cockroach) & the bathroom sink had naphthalene balls which I’ve never seen in sinks before! I booked online for 3 nights & asked to cancel the 2nd & 3rd nights after seeing the room condition & the night staff didn’t do it immediately. I checked in around 10pm & now it’s 7am. Let’s see if they will charge me for cancellation of the other nights. All in all, this is a scam hotel. Do not trust the good reviews on Expedia. Expedia should take this hotel off their list. "
