"We went from US to India for a week. I booked this place as it had good reviews. This is one of the best places in Surajkund but not the best. Place was okay but staff was very courteous about anything we needed. Breakfast was very good. This is a four star hotel. It’s not Taj it’s Vivanta by Taj😊. They had us a room on smoking floor and we had 2 kids. Floors in our room were sticky as the building was pretty old. Some areas were renovated and new like the lobby and some very old. Our safe got locked and SURMESH the guy who addressed every situation was awesome. He was always there with a smile on his face. He was so humble and respectful. We stayed for 4 nights and it was a comfortable experience. Overall a good time. "

"We were upgraded to a suite from a deluxe double as the booked room was not available to us. The third member of our party got the deluxe double room and was very pleased with it. Very spacious and comfortable suite. Hot water was a bit hit and miss during the day but was available in the evening. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed for maintenance on the day we were there which was irritating as we booked this hotel because it had a pool. We did advise the hotel that the maintenance could be done between 19.00 and 7.00 when the pool is shut anyway to guests."

"I recently stayed at the wonderful hotel with a group of friends and overall, our experience was quite delightful. However, there was one significant downside to our otherwise fantastic stay - the washroom drainage issue. Unfortunately, the drainage in the washroom was not functioning properly, which made taking showers a less than pleasant experience. Dealing with standing water while trying to shower is definitely not something you want to encounter during your stay at a hotel. Despite this setback, I must commend the staff for their efforts in trying to address the issue promptly. They were apologetic and tried to assist us as best they could, which we appreciated. It's evident that they care about the comfort of their guests and strive to provide a positive experience overall.
