"The hotel is fine the staff the treatment is quite good but they do not have control of the people who live there on my last night a person on the balcony screaming all night until 2 am in the morning and the staff could not do anything and I had to get up at 5 am to go to my work"

"Rooms could be better for electrical outlets, maintenance and other little things but location can't be beat! Right on beach with pool, and includes, breakfast, beach chairs and umbrellas and other floaty items. Overnight paying a little pricy with valet at $29 per night and you need to tip separately. Would be great if parking included but overall, great deal and location!"

"It was horrible I couldn't believe that was a hotel?!?!! I had to pay $45 dollars extra to check in early when I wasn't even staying the night!!! I was just staying for a couple hours... ran down hotel "

"Shower had an old bar of soap in it. Bathroom was really small. Beds seemed clean. Workers were extremely loud in the hallway in the morning and woke us up."

"Overall, stay was okay. They couldn’t accommodate to my clinical sites and schooling schedule. They would coke Other than, I had a few issues with towels being stocked after “services and toilet paper. I called multiple times sign multiple occasions regarding tissue and fowel replacement. I ended up buying my own toilet paper l, mind you I’m from California and there for 18 plus days.!"

"This hotel is described as an " upscale resort"... This is false. This hotel is neither upscale nor a resort. I looked up the definition of resort and it's described as a self-contained destination designed for leisure, relaxation, and recreation, typically offering lodging, and multiple options for dining, entertainment, and activities in one location. Unlike hotels, resorts are places where customers can enjoy a complete vacation without leaving the property. Again, This is not a resort. It's a clean hotel with a few really nice staff members such as: Ashley, Issac ,vidal, and arda... But the manager Leslie is rude and unprofessional. Not only did leslie speak to me very rudely and ruin my bday week, after explaining to her about the property's many mishaps, she explained to me that I could always go to another property if I wasn't happy. So... With a rude manager, no belhops to help you with your luggage, one restaurant with a Very limited menu (especially for vegetarians); no entertainment other than the pool and beach until 5pm, one microwave that you have to take the elevator and 5 turns to use, no beach chairs to even rent after 5pm, and over worked bartenders... I said yes please help me to find a new hotel. She said she nor the hotel would be helping me with this.. So why offer? Needless to say, I've never stayed at a Marriott with such limited amenities and rude management. Try a marriot closer to the action in las olas! This one is not it for now. "
