"Our third time staying at this beautiful property. We love everything about it from the unit’s comfort and cleanliness to the privacy. We really appreciate how parking is included for free and how easy it is to walk to the beach and Delray Beach downtown. The pools are awesome too. Beds are super comfortable. All personnel of the hotel is very nice and welcoming "

"This is an older property but is well maintained with a friendly staff. If you love the beach and a little room to move around your room this is the place for you. If your looking for room service and modern touches then I wouldn’t recommend."

"Overall we had a wondeful stay at Dover House, unfortunately the bedroom didnt have air conditioning like the rest of the apartment. It was great to have a fully self catering kitchen. Also very convenient that we could leave unclean linen and towels oitside the door which were picked up and replaced with clean laundry very quickly. The office was extremely helpful for anything we needed. Also being so close to the beach was an extra perk! Thank you! "
