"Staff was friendly, housekeeping did an excellent job. The only negative thing is that the smoking room allows too much smoke into the lobby and the laundry room. We used the laundry room and our clothes smelled of cigarette smoke. Maybe a better ventilation or air purifier would eliminate the smell of smoke"

Just that i only onow I need to take tattoo cover sticker beforehand, it would be great to be made aware earlier. Hope they can spare more than 2 cover for people with bigger tatts. Anyway, the hotel is spotless. Will def come back to stay and recommend to others"
