"My room was large and clean. There was lots of hot water for the bath/shower. There was a coffee pot in the room. The lobby had instant coffee and tea available. Underground parking, pool, and restaurants are located in the hotel next door but I did not visit them. The hotel’s best feature is it’s location on the river. My room had a marvellous view. "Any taxi/Uber/ride share will cost you extra if you use it for ANY reason to and from the hotel due to it being on Airport property, even if you do not FLY in. It’s utterly ridiculous. No micowave in Room- major downfall. Hotel phone doesn’t work properly when calling restaurant, they don’t understand a thing you are saying. We also found a note from previous people who stayed in the room- so we know that area was not cleaned. Beds are honestly too low to the ground, not comfortable....

"The location is unique. I like the design and ambience. The surrounding area is dirty and loud. And little things matter, like providing only one bottle of water in our room on our arrival when there are two of us staying there."

"We enjoyed our stay. So nice to have restaurants in the hotel after a long day of shopping. The room was nice but we found it a little dark. Another floor lamp would be good and another chair. The location is great. Looking forward to our next stay."
