Great location, nice beach and gardens (but sea near the shore is brown). Service is exceptional, from the waiters at the pool to the reception and breakfast staff. Great sunset views overlooking gardens, white beach and sea. We were upgraded to a suite which was very big and beautiful, with verandah deck and stunning views. Facilities and room were great, although it is under renovation.

Nice hotel and location very convenient

My 3 nights stay was a fantastic experience. Booked the hotel to experience Penang's natural beauty. This is definitely not for the thrill seeker traveler. It's perfect for those who are looking for a relaxing getaway. You get the privacy you need since it's at the opposite end of the island, over the hills, and close to Penang National Park's entrance. Nice Kids Roxy Suite with toys and story books, my kids simply like them. The kids swimming pools was awesome and my kids love it.

Lovely resort close to the beach. The location is not really within walking distance anywhere but to the beach but there is a free shuttle daily and public bus stops in both directions right in front of the place.The staff were very friendly and professional, very responsive to questions and requests. The room was spacious and had a beautiful sea view. Wifi is free if you sign up for the free Hilton membership which is a big plus.

The Kids Club is fantastic and Splash Pool is great
