"The location and surroundings were the only positive aspects. Unfortunately, almost everything else was disappointing. The property did not live up to expectations, and the service was poor. The place felt poorly maintained, and the overall experience was not worth the money. Staff were not very accommodating, and our concerns were not handled properly. "We book 10 rooms and of the 10 rooms four of them the AC did not work so they had to move us around. The service is quite helpful. The most fun part of it was the sports complex with the Pickleball courts and the tennis courts and the jet skis by the beach that part was definitely fun but the place is rundown for sure the rooms need upgrading and better maintenance."

"Everything was good except for food options. Not much to choose from their dinner menu. Far away from town proper, which didn't have much dining establishment either. The room was big and clean. The pool was nice and big. I would recommend overall."
