"The dirtiest hotel we have seen so far on our Indonesia trips (we have been easily in over 25 hotels so far). Also the first time we requested to get new rooms ever. First room: Garbage on the floor, hairs in the bed, clear sign of sheets not changed, walls need repainting, tv screen dirty, used guest shoes, huge spider webs in corners, dusty windows, stsins in bath room snd towels etc. etc. Management either does not know better or does not care. It is one thing that some parts need...

"五つ星ホテルからこちらに移動してきたので、最初に部屋に入った時は狭いと感じましたが、そのうち慣れました。三泊しましたが、この値段なら満足です。ドライヤーとアイロンと台もずっと借りることができました。朝食は郷土料理が美味しく、1日目と2日目に少し変化があって思ったよりも良かったです。子供がいるので、隣がケンタッキー、道向こうがマクドナルドという立地が決め手です。"

"After being upgraded to a suite because our first room was filthy and no housekeeping was done, the next room wasn't much better. Stains everywhere and very poor standard of cleanliness. Shower curtain very mouldy. Lots of stains from where people throw rubbish into the bin and hits the cupboard and wall. "

"I am happy with Arion Swiss Bell Hotel, but not happy with Expedia.co.id. I book 3 rooms with breakfast but expedia not mentioned in the hotel booking voucher. Luckily the hotel manager gave us breakfast in the room"

Kamar Mandi : Air di kamar mandi sangat kecil keluar. Layanan : ramah pelayanan nya Makanan : Untuk makan pagi mempunyai jenis/ varian yang terbatas alias sedikit (bintang 2) sehingga sesuai lha ya."

"設備は比較的綺麗でした 駅に近いのと、コンビニ、モールが近いので困ることはないです。 価格に対してはいいホテルだと思います。 シャワー，トイレなどの水回りが綺麗だったら、付いてる朝食がもう少しバリエーションがあるともっとよかったです"
