City Of Nedlands Holiday Rentals

Close to subiaco train station. Big room for families with toddlers.

Cleanliness was good and room was spacious and generally well equipped (although basic toilet amenities like toothpaste and toothbrush have to be requested from the counter). While there were minimal parking space available within the hotel, there are plenty of affordable parking near the hotel that feels relatively safe since it is near UWA. Generally convenient with a short car ride to the city centre that has plenty of food and groceries options.

The room was large, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and everything provided for. The little breakfast corner was so thoughtfully prepared. The bread, the jams, the coffee and tea, the plates and cutleries, the milk.... There was a toaster, fridge, kettle and microwave oven. The bed was so comfortable. We only stayed a night as it was near to the airport and near to the van rental place. I would have loved to stay longer. It's very conveniently located near the Redcliffe...

love the location. along cottesloe beach. the sunset view is awesome. there’s free parking at the hotel.

Well maintained, clean, comfortable, friendly staff and good breakfast - well worth money spent

The location, room, and associated facilities were all excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great two-night stay and were warmly greeted by the front desk personnel. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Parking is secured at $25 per day, which gave us peace of mind, especially as we were using a rental car. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we even enjoyed a lovely sunrise view. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Courtyard Murdoch.

Unparalleled location in front of Swan River. Great for families.

Nice hotel and rooms are big! Very cozy, very beautiful piece of property. Enjoyed our stay very much. Very friendly and sincere working personnel. Would definitely return again next time in Perth

Very clean, modern, new rooms. We loved the 2 bedrooms suite (2 adults, 3 kids) & we had great time staying there & relaxing. Albeny rd is very near by with lots of great Restirant. Great staff assisting us for late check in & check out. Very much recommended.

Good value

Easy check-in, staff is very helpful and friendly. Told us on the nearest supermarket we could visit. 3-bedroom is so big and comfortable for us, a family 7 adults with 1 infant. Definitely recommend to big family

Very respectable property, friendly and helpful representatives, many thanks!

only stayed for a night. nearby airport and easy parking before we left early in the morning to explore Margs. no frill, clean and comfy.

We were looking for a hotel near the airport and Ingot hotel was perfect. Only a short ride from the airport, free parking, spacious and clean rooms.

Location is the best!
