"Alex was a wonderful host - friendly and helpful. He answered all of our questions and gave us welcome advice about visiting Dover Castle and about walks in the area. Our room was delightful and well appointed. The kitchen area was adequate and the scones were yummy! "

"Does the job really! If you need a quick night's stay before getting the ferry or tunnel then it's ideal, however be aware that some rooms have no windows and the place is a *little* rundown. Main receptionist was really nice and very helpful - I would stay again but only for short stays."
