The cleaning was inadequate; there was a lot of dust on the floor and the air conditioning unit. The water areas were dirty, and the previous guest's garbage was left in the trash can under the sink. "Had such a great stay here! The lobby and glass elevators are beautiful, guest rooms are spacious and in great condition, and the rooftop pool + bar has incredible views of Hanoi - and live music on the rooftop was such a great experience. The breakfast was also delicious, and the hotel’s car service to the airport was very reasonably priced and more seamless than taking a Grab. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We have had a great stay for our honeymoon at Royal signature hotel .The hotel was extremely clean and has been renovated to a high standard. The room had excellent facilities and aircon which was a lifesaver! The staff were really attentive and were extremely friendly! Special shout out to Cendy and Mia who were on reception, as well as Jimmi who would greet us at the door everyday. The location was excellent and was close to everything, such as the night markets, the lake and temple. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if we are ever back in Hanoi again."

"Great staff who make guests feel extremely welcome throughout their stay. The rooms were lovely, breakfast service was great and we loved watching the sunset from the the ozone bar and pool area. Hong from reception was extremely helpful and accommodating and is a real asset to the hotel, as was Lisa from the Ding Doong restaurant. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend to other travellers to Hanoi."
