"It was nice staying there. Apartment was spacious, modern and well equiped. Manager Bruce and reception staff was very nice. House keeping was not good though. They didn’t clean room daily or when they did not properly. Overall it was a good experience."

They demanded our personal information by Line before check in and then we submitted but they don't reply nothing after done it. Finally we could not stay this accomodations. This was the worst that I have experienced with Expedia."

"Hotel was lovely and the facilities were great, the staff were extremely helpful sorting Sims and taxis etc. within easy walking distance of the train street and old quarter and equally as easy to access the museums and other attractions. The restaurant is good but more expensive than you would generally pay in Hanoi and the sky bar make nice cocktails and have nice beer on tap. All around great experience. "

Lilly at the reception was extremely helpful and nice. Accommodating all of our needs and providing recommendation for an excellent restaurant and making reservation for us. Room is clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is outstanding. Large variety, made to order food and fruit juices and amazing service. Loved our stay and would stay again!"
