The villa was spotless and smelled clean upon arrival. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable.Getting around the complex is convenient, with plenty of nearby amenities. "This was our second stay with the Hotel du Loc Signature in Hanoi. It’s like coming home for our family. The staff they employ are absolute GEMS. Super friendly, ultra competent and above all very welcoming. The General Manager Thomas was delightful and we were happy to make his acquaintance this stay. Everything we asked for was absolutely “No Problem”. Our family couldn’t be happier with this hotel and will stay there anytime we’re in Hanoi. Their breakfast is delightful also and looks over the cityscape."
